2s Frees 3s™ was founded in 2022 by two friends from Brown Deer WI. They both grew up with a passion for basketball, especially shooting, so they decided to team up to create a basketball competition unlike any other, to find the best shooters in the country!

2F3 is much more than a free throw, dunk, or three point contest…it is a SHOOTING competition open to EVERYONE…that allows boys and girls, men and woman, young kids and grown ups, adaptive players and able bodied players alike to compete on an even playing field, in the same competition!

Shooters have the opportunity to compete in their respective age divisions (9 and under, 10-12, 13-15, 16-54, 55+) first at the regional level, with all shooters who get a score of 11 or higher advancing to Sectionals, from there the top 5 scores in each division advance to State Finals, where runner ups, State Champions and a $10,000 Grand prize winner is crowned.

2F3 is a 2 minute, 21 spot competition designed by Steve Novak who is a top ten 3-point shooter in NBA history. Its design is inspired by the many drills and competitions Steve used to develop his shooting stroke and allows for ALL levels of shooters, beginner to elite to be challenged. Shooting is the preeminent skill in the game today with over 40% of all shots coming from 3pt range!

Whether you are a younger basketball player starting your basketball journey or an elite level player, you will have a shot to prove you are the best! The 2024 “Round of Champions” $10,000 winner was a 9 year old boy who outshot a 28 year old man and a 15 year old girl to win it all!!! 2F3 is discovering shooters and producing some unexpected results.
